KTVU doesn't use "Fox 2" during its newscasts (it's always either "KTVU" or "Channel 2" or both). Unfortunately but expectedly, that didn't stop Internet commenters from pulling out the "what do you expect from Fox News?" lines over this whole incident, even though the station is owned by Cox and was doing news for decades before they affiliated (and had until last week a pretty good reputation as a news shop).
