Interesting idea. But let's not forget that the internet is international! So words that may offend in one country, may not be so much of an issue in another. Similarly violence is much less tolerated in some places, whilst nudity is a more of a no-no in others.
I suppose NSFW at least warns you that "buyer beware" before clicking on a link. It may or may not be a major issue in your own workplace...
