Black male stripper Sharay "Punisher" Hayes claims that NBC News used a promotional video of him at work in a "Dateline" piece called "The Perfect Catch," about a scam regarding an exotic dancer in the Netherlands (of which Hayes was not involved), for no other reason but to "stroke latent racial tensions"--he's asking for $1M dollars, a previous attempt to sue NBCU for this earlier this year was dismissed:
