The only thing I'd change: Les's people had reached out to Steven's people at some point after Dave and Les had that conversation and said, "Would you find out if Stephen's interested in this." And Stephen's people said, "Yes, Stephen interested in this." And then after Dave's phone call, Les called Stephen and said "You still want it?" and Stephen said "Yep!"
