I dispute the notion that Griffin has never been offered prime gigs.
She was third-billed on a major network sitcom for four seasons
("Suddenly Susan") and and she voiced a main character on a primetime
network animated series for two seasons (she was Alice on "Dilbert").
She may not have had such major roles in the last decade but 6 seasons
of "My Life on the D-List" may have taken their toll.
