If I'm understanding this correctly -- and I have no intentions of listening to the actual podcast, since either Maron or Griffin alone is enough to make my ears bleed, but the prospect of the two of them would be seizure-inducing -- Griffin is upset because, following a supporting role on a mediocre sitcom, she wasn't immediately offered leads, movies, and garbage trucks full of hundred dollar bills. While I suppose she's to be congratulated for building the career she has, you could fill the Rose Bowl with actors who were in similar positions and had zero offers.
