Curious. TDS and TCR would both be dark Christmas week and New Year's Day week, which meant the last show for each in 2014 would be 12/18. Maybe nobody ever mentioned the specific number of the day, but it was always known that Colbert was running through the end of 2014, which, by implication, meant his last show would be the 18th. I can't believe I'm the only one who figured this out.
