In the NPR interview, it seemed to me that Simon handled it well, asking the question at the end of the interview in as non-confrontational a way as he could. I also didn't have a problem with the way Cosby handled it. He just shook his head and refused to answer; he didn't stomp off or attack Simon. (I don't think there's an answer Cosby could have given, short of "It's all true", that would have calmed the overall situation at all.)
