The blackout was for the O&Os and WUSA is owned by Gannett, isn't it? Anyway, Dish has signed a multiyear agreement with CBS (which includes TVGN/Pop, CBS Sports, Smithsonian and Showtime/TMC) and has also agreed to turn off their Auto-Hop ad skipper on CBS programming during the first seven days after telecast:
