I can't find reports more recent than early AM east, which said they were keeping The Eye on while continuing talks.
The only Dish user I know, (1) doesn't like me calling to ask him about his service, as he works odd hours and tends to be sleeping when I would call, and (2) allegedly doesn't even have OTA channels as part of the service.
