I'm guessing the terms of the one case he settled include that he can't deny it happened. So he's in a pickle there where he would deny all of them except that one. Proving rape after all these years is difficult. Proving malice by these women or that they are lying is even harder. And he doesn't have to prove his innocence. . . Technically.
