I saw the vid last week (I think) and, IIRC, you can see the same
Suburban(?) that lights up Jay at the beginning of the actual road test.
Also, the car he was driving was an unplated test car. I'm guessing he'd
have to have a police escort (or something similar) to drive on public
roads.
