It's at least the first time on camera.
The Chin told a story on Top Gear about getting pulled over driving a MacLaren
through some tunnels near the LA Auto Show. As he tells it, he was with
undercover cops at the time.

No word on whether Jay was able to talk himself out of a ticket on camera.
Worth noting minutes prior to getting pulled over he was talking about one of
the car's features, a built-in dash-cam that records speeds and other driving
conditions, and he made a joke about it essentially being easy evidence against
you if you get pulled over.
