As I say though, we know that lots of people have honestly and genuinely believed that they remembered repeated, horrific sexual abuse from their fathers, which never actually happened. By comparison Williams' conflated memory is relatively mild. And again, I am not saying Williams did not lie - just that you will need some evidence that he lied beyond the fact that he remembered this dramatic event incorrectly. -- -- TV or Not TV ....
