maybe i'm wrong but maybe the race(i know it was the 1999 one in Charlotte) started at 10:00 after "Little House". i don't think they'd would start a race at 8:00 or 9:00(that's when "Little House" aired on TBS for years.) i remember the Indy 500 preempting the local news in 97(in fact it did so twice!)
