I haven't seen anyone else claim credit. About the "key man" clause: TV people generally sign non-compete clauses when they leave stations/networks. I am guessing that doesn't come with a "key man" exit since it can happen even during the term of a contract. It looks like a tremendous screw-up on Fox's part. -- -- TV or Not TV ....
