Technically, DC is an owned-and-operated station, not an affiliate — they’d be the least likely to engage in their own censorship. I’d be interested to know if KSL in Sat Lake City did any local censorship of this episode. They didn’t even carry “SNL” for years (also eschewing NBC prime-time shows with content they found objectionable, such as “Hannibal"), and they would have had a full hour to review the content in advance of the Mountain time zone broadcast. -- -- TV or Not TV ....
