I am not sure what you mean by technical skills in this context. And I dont know what the internet means by calling him goofy. I dont agree with everything Simms says, but I find that he is more likely to say something that sounds like an actual opinion or observation, and not just mouth cliches. I actually liked him better in his earlier years when it seemed he did not get along with Nance.
