I haven't seen her film, so I don't know how similar it is to the skit. I didn't pay much attention to the clown skit, because I am scared and creeped out by clowns, so I did stuff on the computer while that was on.
Proving plagiarism is really hard though, because a lot of people can have a similar idea, and execute it just a little differently.
