Looking at blockbuster pop stars extant, if AI wanted to be what it purports to be, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Aretha Franklin, and Justin Timberlake would need to be judging. You still couldn't pay me to watch it, but at least there'd be a sense the judges were able to offer feedback to the contestants.
