Hey - I grew up in the Valley, and I resent ... who am I kidding, Kevin is right. Not much glamorous about Van Nuys.
I also lived in Pasadena for 5 years in the 80s, and can confirm Kevin's comment in property values, which are much higher than, say, Burbank. I doubt CBS is looking to move to Pasadena for cheaper real estate. I used to love going to TV City and Farmers Market Abd Canters. I'm not sure TVC quite deserves to be a historical landmark, but I hope they do something cool with the property. Kevin wrote...
