Not clear to me if this is more because of Piven Perv allegations, or mediocre ratings. If, as appears, they will air remaining episodes then suggests to me more of the latter.
I am sad to say I have seen a few episodes of this show - no loss. I have read some of the allegations - asshole. I have tried to take a fearless self inventory in light of the breaking dam of allegations of sexual misbehavior. I know that while I have not engaged in the explicit behaviors, I have been, in multiple ways,part of a locker room culture that provides the context for much of these atrocities. I have resolved to do better. But, I swear to the gods (the old and the new) that since I left high school I have never seen a male in my real life touch, much less squeeze or grope, a woman’s breasts without her clear consent. I totally believe that it happens, but as a cis-straight man who is very fond of women’s breasts, I do not understand where grown men get the idea that they can do something like that.
