I remember a nameless female pop star who performed on Leno’s Tonight Show
who decided her long blonde hair would look amazing if a giant high powered
fan was pointed at her as she sang.

We referred to it as “the Burbank nor-easter of ‘97.”

Her hair did look amazing.
