Nigel has been a private citizen for a bit, and spending way too much time in 
the U.S. with the other orange pasty gasbag.  Maybe the investigation over 
Russian influence on the Leave vote will tar him and he can trade advice with 
said gasbag.

Thankfully Boris relinquished his U.S. citizenship (was born in Manhatten) last 
year over tax issues, natch.
