I see that they're showing the original Taskmaster which is one of my favourite shows full stop. I never saw the short-lived US version, but for throwaway fun, Taskmaster is great. How it'll work in the US, where I don't think many will recognise any of the comedians, I don't know. But then I didn't have a clue who Dave Chappelle was until I saw him on Netflix, so, I wouldn't let it worry you.
Absolutely no idea about Killer Camp because it's the sort of thing that I'd not watch if it was the last thing on earth. And I've already said I enjoyed the first series of Dead Pixels (which shares a lot of DNA with Apple TV+'s Mythic Quest. I don't get the downer on acquiring shows. If they're any good, and audiences haven't seen them, then great. Most networks in the rest of the world acquire at least some of their schedule. It's only the US where it's barely done. In any case, it sounds to be like the CW is being far more realistic about when they'll have new episodes airing than some networks.
