Associated Press NFL writer Rob Maaddi tweeted this afternoon

 (link)
that the NFL has decided the Bills-Bengals game will be declared a "no
contest"... league standings officially include each team's won-lost-tied
percentages anyway (each tie is half a win and half a loss), and
Cincinnati's would still give it a division title, but not the AFC top seed
(and a week off)... there are also unconfirmed reports having the league
moving the AFC championship game to a neutral stadium should either team
reach it... and sports-related media was rife with speculation of the
playoffs being temporarily expanded. I expect an official confirmation
Friday (6) morning, given that two games are held Saturday.
