I would try the push pull method.  Find a Ku feed at the peak of your 
arc.  Push down on the dish while watching the quality reading.  Note 
whether the signal increases or decreases.  Do the same in the upward 
direction and left and right.  Adjust the elevattion in the direction 
that improves the signal..
