How is it if something is FTA can it be theft? Undermining and defeating any type of encryption is theft, but if anything is up linked in the clear whether it be analog or digital is not theft at all.

What certain poeple have been enjoying the past year with FTA receiver and Dish/Expressvu was theft, plain and simple. The Nagra change isn't a dreaded thing for law abiding folks, just the theives of those services.
