There are still some abandoned C band dishes in this area, & I have toyed with asking for them. Most are perforated metal. I seem to recall that if you can pass a pencil through the perforations, then it is not usable for Ku. Is this true? Rhetorical question: How many more dishes can I install before the YL kicks me out?
