Hi Saifi, "USB extension cord" is used to connect to computer to any type of usb device(s).
It does not cost much and available in the market Generally, performance does not effect for shorter lenght <1-2 mts Note of USB wifi Devices : But you will see lot of difference in performance in USB wifi devices. However if you add small dish antenna and placing USB wifi access point ( instead of LNB ) then you can send wifi signals upto 2-5 kms depending on the dish antenna size Regards AbdulHafeez
