Please download the java dialer for Mac from the Sify site (ie. the ip address which your Sify tech support guy told you). Since the dialer is in Java it will be a .jar file. Just run the dialer from the command line java -jar filename.jar In case you have any authentication issues, please call and check with Sify broadband tech support. thanks Saifi.
