[twincling] unable to start Tomcat 6 on windows

I downloaded Tomcat and installed it at c:\tomcat\

I tried to start the service from the configure Apache Tomcat option in
start menu, but it doesn't start. The status shows stopped.

The path to jre is correct.

What should I do?
