        Please accept my apologies. As you were so helpful and provided such 
detailed advice, I assumed you were tracking this list as an employee of 
Twitter.

        Twitter is very lucky to have folks such as you providing community 
support. In my opinion, they should be compensating you for this class of 
support and service.
