direct messagesの表示機能を実装しました。timeline specは、
:direct_messages 受信
:direct_messages_sent 送信済
です。

mainlineにマージする前に改善したいと考えている点があって、
(1) direct_messagesなstatusでtwittering-enterをしたら、
DMとして送信したい。
→init-strを"@user"ではなく"d @user"にすればよいかな。
→どうやって？
(2) [1]が実現できた場合、pop-up-bufferのhelp messageを
書き換えたい。
つまり「先頭の"d "を消すとTLに流れるよ（意訳）」の
ような注釈を追加したい。
特に[1]は致命的なのでなんとかしたいのですが、今のところ
私は方法を思いついていません。
