The device model device_probe() helper calls clk_set_defaults() before
invoking the driver specific probe() ops.

The call to clk_set_defaults() in gmac_rockchip_probe() re-apply same
assigned clocks. Remove the call and rely on DM core to apply assigned
clocks.
