I have one that compares given files in given accounts and allows you to 
create select lists on: records in file A but not in B; records in file 
B but not in A; records in file A and B that are different.

The code isn't pretty, but the program can be dead useful when 
maintaining multiple accounts / sites / etc.  If you're interested I can 
try to find it this weekend.
