Denny, This is a trick that seems to work... In the VOC of one of the accounts edit and modify the VOC pointer to NEWACC so that it points to the VOC of the other account. Be sure to save the original NEWACC record so you can put it back when done! Then use the UniVerse VVOC command -- this command is intended to compare the VOC file with NEWACC. I tried this (once) and it doesn't seem to mind that the NEWACC pointer is modified to point to a different VOC. The output shows whats in one VOC and not the other and also whats in both VOCs but is different.
Don't forget to put the original NEWACC pointer back -- otherwise you will experience odd results next time you do an UPDATE.ACCOUNT. HTH!
