Hi Ang Suan

You'll have to give us more information:
        - what machine (IBM RS600, or HP, or whatever)
        - what operating system? (Windows 2000, Unix, ?)
        - how much memory in machine?
        - how many users at time of error?

What you might look at though is that the program is
creating a dynamic
array (REC<-1>) that is getting too big at around the
200,000 mark.

Rather just rewrite the code to store the results in a
temporary file to
be selected later, eg
    instead of REC<1,-1> = X
use
    CNTR += 1
    write X on TEMPFILE, CNTR

By using the CNTR you are "storing" the value X in the same
order as it
would have been in REC<1,-1>, but you are not limited in how
many you
store. Remember to clear the file when you open it.
