Hi Mike. I don't think SOX requires you to be running any version of anything. >From what I understand, SOX is an accountability requirement. Auditing is of the reliability of that accountability, not the actual SOX requirement itself. Also, I just checked and Win2k has transitioning to EXTENDED support, not unsupported, status.
