One of the hardest things with UPS is they tack on extra charges at delivery time if it's a residence and you didn't know it, or if it's in a rural area where they don't normally travel to.
So even if you get the rate the way you think it is, it could wind up being billed to you at a higher rate. But one thing....if you do any amount of other than ups brown, check the tracking for how long it takes for delivery, and if it takes longer than you paid, you can request refunds.
