I am created a general window user for telnet to Universe version 9.4.1.1I on SBS2003 server. However after I telnet to the server and entered the user id and password, I encountered the error message "Your account has restrictions that prevent you from login on at this time. Please try again later." and then the Universe session is disconnected. If I add this user to be a group of "administrator", then the problem is solved. Anybody over there know that is Universe server only allowed user login with administrator right? If yes, how can I solve the security issue?
