while I don't agree with the way it was put it do agree with the point being made.
The few postings that I have made to the list since the changes took effect, with the exception of todays, have almost exclusively been replied to me directly rather than to the list. I have then been forwarding my responses to those replies to the list rather than the senders directly. I don't know about others - but I would rather not ever get a direct reply - to me it completely defeats the point in having a mailing list.
