Assuming that you are talking about UniVerse Basic object code and not the UV executable itself, this is no problem. We do it all the time, building on one system and shipping to others.

So long as you are not using new features that are not on the target system and the byte ordering is the same, just copy the files across.

If the byte ordering is different, UV will do an on-the-fly conversion as it loads the program, however, this could have a small performance impact if the program is loaded many times. Use of the fnuxi or format.conv tools from the o/s level will convert the code on disk.
