If someone has a proggie that will import a VTF into Universe then use it.
If not, I'll offer assistance, depending on whether this is a quick
operation or something that's going to take an hour or more.  I have all
the resources required.  A VTF comes from mvBASE, not D3, though perhaps
you're more generically referring to a D3 pseudo floppy which usually has a
.d3p extension.  If this is a D3 account then I'll restore and then export
whatever you want into the local file system.  From there you can write
something to import whatever you need back into Universe.
