I did this very thing with Wintegrate in about 97/98 just embedded it as an activeX object. These days you can do it as a java object as well.
I am not sure you can do it with dynamic connect tho. However there are always ways and means - If dynamic connect is not activex enabled or the like, they may just write a wrapper around it to do that. - There are also some freeware activeX telnet clients out there - or you may want to go the java route, or even I think I saw a flash telnet client once ... lots of options all very possible.
