I have a problem with Windows permissions and UniData. I am the
   administrator with administrator permissions on the Windows machine where
   UniData is installed. I have "full" control of all UniData accounts.
   UniData accounts created are created outside of %udthome% underneath their
   own directory.
   I'm having trouble with one of the accounts indexes and tried the following:
   2 Intel (0)-> DELETE.INDEX APOPEN,HISTORY ALL
   errno=13: Permission denied
   Delete index file 'APOPEN\X_HISTORY' failed
   2 Intel (0)->
   I checked the Windows permissions on this file and I have "full" control of
   this file, as the administrator. I was able to rebuild the index with the
   "BUILD.INDEX" command, but I need to make sure the permissions are proper.
   I tried to rename the "X_HISTORY" file and try to create a new one but that
   failed. I've tried several tricks like this one but they failed too.
   Does anyone know why the permissions aren't working properly with this index
   file?
   Thanks,
   Bill
