I installed the VSG software onto our HPUX UniData machine and generated my first view. This is meant for an external vendor to be able to import daily sales. I cannot find much in the way of documentation but with the help that I got last week I was able to run VSG and create the view. When I told our vendor that she could get the data from the view she told me that it is not readable by her. She was expecting a flat-file or cleat text file. This is neither. Obviously, I am missing something more. Can anyone help me or guide to with an example?
