Some of the packages it installs are not current and we have to download, compile and install from source (vs using yum). The biggest gotcha, and it's not a Redhat specific, was when we recreated the users, we had to make sure their UID/GID were the same as from the previous system, otherwise the file ownership and group ownership would not be the same. > 7.
