Re eclipse - i sooo much prefer VS as a dev environ than eclipse, eclipse
always seems so bloated and overly complex.   If the ability to connect to
and dev unibasic inside VS came out of the box i would be a very happy chap
indeed.

I'm not impressed with Eclipse.  Very heavy.

Did you say you changed the port to your telnet port?  This does use
uniobjects, so you need the rpc port.  I actually got BDT working with
udt61 (with a technote on the rocket website) and some help from one of
their techs.  If you get an "Unknown error" message, make sure the
account you are trying to connect to exists in the SYS account in the
UD.ACCOUNTS file.

Noooo.  Eclipse coming to u2 is not the Second Coming.   Its nice, but
we have had the ability to use any editor we like for u2 code for ages. 
Granted, the dictionary view is nice.  We are an SB shop, and BDT is not
aware of and SB objects, so meh.
