Speaking as a member of the U2 user group board I think I represent the views of the whole board when I say that we have no issues whatsoever with the support that we receive from Rocket. There is a senior representative on hand at every board meeting, we have access to software, to people and to resources. The limitations of the user group are entirely due to the limited time that board members have to spend on it and are nothing to do with Rocket. So please let's not make out that any perceived problems with the user group stem from Rocket, they don't. If we want a better user group we need more people to be engaged with it, you don't need to be on the board to help, again I'm sure that I speak for the entire board when I say that we would welcome any help that anyone is willing to give.
